Reservation Terms and Conditions

Your reservation and the accommodation agreement made with ALREPA will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party and ALREPA has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online booking:
We are currently processing online bookings the ALREPA website (which shall mean https://www.alrepa.com/ or any related ALREPA web pages accessible from it). By booking online, you will be also deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions for using the ALREPA website which can be found at this link https://alrepa.com/website-use.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required for booking and will be charged from your credit card or sent by e-transfer. The deposit does not apply towards the accommodation fee. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure provided there is no loss or damage to the property. In the event that damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the deposit willbe forfeited and the credit card on file will be charged with the amount of the damages; a detailed invoice of all charges will be supplied.

Any loss or damage to ALREPA properties can be deducted from your deposit including but not limited to the following: number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the reservation, replacements and repairs that are considered outside normal wear and tear, conditions that require excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging of furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit, soiling of towels, linens and carpets, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property.

Payment Policy:
• Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card. It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room reservation.  The credit card may then be used by ALREPA for payment of a deposit as advised at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.
• All Promotional rates are exclusive of 5% tax.

Check-in/out Policy:
• Check in: from 16:00;
• Check out: no later than 12:00;
• Early check-in: from 06:00, subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:
• Late check-out is subject to room availability
• 11:00 to 15:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
• After 15:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Early arrivals and late departures:
If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel

Guarantee Policy:
• A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
• For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in;
• Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

Children Policy:
• Children under 4 years old sharing the bed with parents is free of charge. (No extra bed provided, maximum 01 child).
• Children from 4 to 11 years old at the time of travelling, sharing the room with parents, will be charged for breakfast (No extra bed provided, maximum 01 child).
• Children from 12 years old and over are considered as adults.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
• Monthly booking (at least 28 nights) is nonrefundable.
• For booking less than 28 nights, free cancellation 24 hours before check-in; after, the nights not spent 24 hours after cancellation are refunded.

The refund process (including the security deposit) will take approximately 2 days for etransfer and 7 to 20 working days for credit card depending on the intermediary bank. Please notify us when you receive your money back.

Liability and Insurance
ALREPA accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to natural disaster, politic actions, weather or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

Privacy and data protection
